So, I don't want to get excited, but I have come down a pound a day since last Saturday.
I think it is a combo of things.
1) I've been off Prozac for over two weeks.
2) I am eating 75-100 carbs/day, 100+ grams of protein, and Fat in the same range but I am not measuring it.
3) I am exercising for 20 min every morning -15m elliptical, 5 min planks and push ups.
