I stopped wearing panty hose! My cousin and I can still get into a laughing fit though if we even think about that.

Bears We live on the edge of the Catskill Mountains so Black bears are very common. We've had fun over the years watching them chase our chickens and wrestle with our bear proof garbage can. Today as Bill took Kevin out to get the bus, he was looking down checking his email on his phone. Kevin said "Daddy look a bear!" Bill said his heart was in his throat as he looked up. Luckily the bear was across the street heading away from them. They are usually not dangerous unless it is a female with cubs.

"Daddy look a bear! What's that smell daddy? What are you're pants wet?"
If I just said LOL, I lied. Do or do not. There is no try.

Wow.. thats a little close for comfort. No bears in KS. just big cats, wolves and coyotes. My daughter used to be scared there were Hi-Ainnas (that was how she said it, I know its spelled wrong) when we first moved out of the city. LOL

we have small stuff here, mostly bunnies and chipmunks, but they do attract red fox which we see on occasion, even here in the city.

We don't have anything big here, but pretty much everything small will kill you if it bites you.

Dude, you have spiders the size of small dogs.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

That's still small when compared with a bear.
