    JK LOL This is the awesome apron I got for Mother's Day to keep bacon grease from ruining my clothes.
    And yes, that is my husband "photo bombing" in the background.

    I wanted to recommend some apps that I use. 100 push ups has you start by doing as many legal push ups as possible.     Love the apron! I need one that has sleeves. I hate it when the bacon splatters my arm! My husband got a nasty burn on his finger when he was flipping bacon one morning. The bacon grease popped and gave him a 1 inch circle blister on his ring finger. It looked terrible. Never would have expected to see 3rd degree burns from flipping bacon!

    And your husband is positively goofy! hahaha love it!

    I just bake the bacon. Put a bunch of pieces on a roasting pan with its rack, 400 degree oven till they are done. Grease ends up in the pan below, bacon comes out perfect, no splatter mess. Although I would hate to lose an excuse to wear an apron like that.

    "sit ups" by Rittr Labs
    "100 push ups" by superphunlabs, there is also one by Rittr Labs which I'm sure is great.

    Energy Holy Cow, I feel as if I'm on super charged batteries today. I'm loving the 16 hr fast.

    checking out the apps.. and yes!! I have found energy on the 16 hr fast. Though warning, I find that sometimes if I have binged the night before I feel hungover on the fast rather than ready to take on the world.
