Canio's got a point, as per usual. I forget where I saw it and I'm too lazy to look it up, but a study showed that a binge eater's brain lights up in a similar manner to satisfying a binge craving when doing something considered to be fun, difficult, and rewarding, like learning a new dance step or completing a crossword.

Love it. No time for dancing tonight, but I will go listen to some good music as I do my pushup, squat and situp apps. Then I have play practice for several hours. I should get home just in time to have some tea and go to bed.

I vote for belly dancing binge. Or, since you'll be busy in the evening, horizontal dancing binge. That's primal, too.

Play practice is 3 nights a week. With two belly dancing practices and one voice lesson, I'm fully booked

The bands play at one of the Schools there tonight. Then the awards are given out at the park tomorrow afternoon.

    fun, what a great place!

The Hershey Hotel has a Sunday brunch that is crazy good. Everything has cocoa in it, savory and sweet. And the ends of each table, just in case you didn't get enough, there are huge copper kettles full of melted chocolate to drizzle or pour onto anything you want. The hotel itself is beautiful, imported Spanish tile and the garden room the ceiling appears to float above the semi-circular window walls. It was one of the stops on our Honeymoon "tour".
