Longing- I rarely eat the same caloric density 2ce in a row. Mine tends to be a long the lines of averaging out to about 1700cal/ day by way of 2-3 days of eating very little and not being very hungry to EAT ALL THE THINGS for a day and back. Maybe your appetite is akin to mine.

^Yup, as long as you don't go low too long term, "calorie cycling" can be helpful. I eat more calories on the weekends.

*No news yet on audition results. Mike read for Augustus Gloop and Phineous Trout (reporter). He had some stiff competition in the form of a kid who has been doing theatre since age seven. I had warned Mike that he might show.

I sang/read for Mrs Bucket and Mrs. Gloop.

Billy's GF had lots of competition too. More girls aged 10-16 tried out than any other group. She told them she is willing to take any role. She has played violet before.

Wow. Those are some spectacular measurements.
In two years, we will all be two years older. Feeling great, and if we can look back at results like that, very happy.
You have had your ups and downs Pebbles, nor yet are you done, but look at this great place you are in right now!

    Very True, Sabine.

I wanted to add that this is not my lowest Primal weight. I reached 210lbs and 47 inches lost in September of last year. For a while, I refused to acknowledge any positive changes because I was still above that weight, but after the experience of ballooning up to 236lbs in a week, I'm grateful for where I am. Will I celebrate when i get to 209lbs? You bet, but I'm attempting to live and be happy in the moment.

I like your attitude. Seems like eliminating dairy and artificial sweeteners is the right way to go for you. I don't know about you, but its hardest for me to lose weight over the winter and its very easy to gain weight over the winter. Maybe by this coming September you'll find that you have a net loss for that year's time.
I feel like I ought to be wearing a bumper sticker that says: "Don't follow me I am lost." I am just a seeker like everyone else.

I'm hoping I don't have to give up dairy, but I'm thinking I may have to.

Hoping that you and Mike and your other son's girlfriend get some good news about the musical. Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys.

audition update The director himself called me at 9pm to ask me to join the cast as Mrs. Gloop. He thanked me for sharing my talent. My son is a member of the ensemble cast which means he gets his dream of being a 6 foot tall oompa loompa. First read through this Saturday. At least I already know my song. Now I haf to verk on my German accent.
