Hey~what do you think if there is a day where the percents are OK but the calories are real low like say under 1100? But yet there is a good amount of everything?? I am not sure the tracker is 100% about everything. I Planned out todays foods and everything looks great and it is a lot but really low cals..I could add more fats but I don't really want to as I am trying to get my ratios to line up better.. Anyway I am going to post todays food plan. So If you get a second will you just look for me??
