Congrats on the overcoming a binge! I have been fighting the urge the last few days and finally lost the 8lb water gain. I hate that I have to be continually on guard but it is what it is I guess. Did you join the Stress group that Primalcajun started? Hope so.. Have a good day!

oh yes, they do add days if we go over! the only exception was the year of the big flood, we just lost 2 weeks of school, came back to take the finals. I don't remember what they did for the schools that were still uninhabitable.

Amazingly, although eating crossed my mind, there was no real mental or physical urge to binge. Awesome!
You are probably already doing this, but it occurred to me last night that continuing to record your feelings on how your body is fairing will probably be very beneficial in improving your mind-body self-image and avoiding the scale further. I found it really liberating to ditch the weigh-ins and just get used to how my body feels and lucks. Unfortunately that has not helped me conquer my insatiable hunger, but I have a much more positive image of my body than I did this time last year.

Yes I am journaling. Not ready to give up the scale totally until I reach my goal of being under 175.

Today's accomplishments - The boys and I went to my Mom's bedroom for an hour and packed up her desk. (I packed her clothes months ago, but they are still sitting down there.) We are now ready to tear up the rug tomorrow.

Time to wake up my husband for Beer and Cheese! (He worked the night shift)
