Paula, you're so beautiful! Love to watch you.

The facial sounds divine. Have a great time!

That was great. Belly-dancing looks like a lot of fun, although I agree about the audience being so close would make me nervous. You are a brave lady! I knew those tassels would be fun. You look wonderful!

What exactly IS a facial? Massage? Creams? Some mystery procedure I can't even imagine?

I also wish I could move my body like that. My body seems locked together and my hips can't seem to do the movement. Your body moves so nicely!

Not sure, I'll let you know. Usually some kind of pore opening steaming, massage with creams, etc.

Well 5 lbs of that was wheat bloat. We'll have to see what this week brings. My bet with Joe is helping with the binge thing.

Extractions! How could I forget about them. It was (mostly) relaxing, the aesthetician was lovely. It was very calming even though I am a talker. I think I told her my whole life story as it related to my skin.lol Apparently, my skin is beautiful and not sun damaged.

She put me on a cleaning regimen day and night. And an SPF 30 daytime moisturizer.

Here's a tip for everyone: She recommended using witch hazel wipes right after a gym workout to avoid sweat clogged pores.

I am going back for a peel series with light therapy, so by summer my skin should be just georgeous. The great thing is that she is affordable, so I won't have to sell my children.

Now to color my gray hair.

Are you sure you want to know?

She was squeezing the pores in my T zone (nose, chin and forehead) to extract stuff that was clogging them. It can be painful, but if I keep up the cleaning regimen, it will be easier next time. Good incentive and my pores will get smaller too!
