Sounds like everyone up to and including the dog had a good time. Awesome to hear!
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

What fun! I love that breed of dog (I can't spell it to save my life and your post is no longer on my screen). They're so pretty with their gray fur and blue eyes! We have two dogs and they wouldn't be able to survive without each other.

Sounds like a fun weekend. I was lazy most of yesterday. Dogs are a riot. Bella and Bandit sniff each other out a lot. Funny stuff there.

Yes, I guess he did sell lots of Pickles, but the best part was that my gentle giant (He just turned 14 and is over 6 ft) was suddenly a cool kid! He has always been a quiet guy who, before his growth spurt was picked on mercilessly or simple ignored. Last year his peers discovered that he is also a fabulous artist. He came home one day from school saying he had to make 10-20 copies of a clown picture he drew. I didn't let him do it. We talked about how it was ok to make pictures for people, but he shouldn't make promises that he couldn't keep ie a pic for every member of the track team.

When we saw this picture, we were duly impressed, but also worried that we had warped him in some way.lol

He'll definitely do something with his art.
BTW that is a pencil drawing on a large index card colored in with art markers.

He's only 14?! He has amazing potential! An artist jock, quite a combo.
I love the fact moms are mirroring their children and achieving their aspriations in their lifestyle. All my best, Pebbles!
