Yesterday at the gym some ladies were commenting on how good I look. They wanted to know how I got such a flat stomach. I said " Your not going to like this, but my stomach got flat when I dropped grains and sugar." As usual the response was "oh i couldnt do that". It amazes me that most people that I see in the gym still keep their "grain belly" even if they are thin everywhere else.

I get that all the time. I honestly believe they think we're on some kind of crack. Seems to make the most sense.

Last night my niece Emily and I did our hair and make up, dressed up in formal wear and had my husband take Glamour shots of us. It was fun. I don't have any girls of my own. Emily is 12 and wants to be a make up artist/hair stylist like her Mom. She took an hour to do my make up. She fired me as her make up person after 5 minutes. I did get to curl her hair though.
