    Yes , I made sure. She wrote down free t3 and free t4 plus thyroglobulin antibodies, microsomal antibodies, thyroid stimulating antibodies. (My spelling is based on her handwriting)

    Almost choked - too funny! I'm right therre with ya sister and who the hell wants that (ok, some do but soooo not me)!

    Good job standing up to the doc. I always go in prepared for what I want, but with Kaiser, that isn't always possible. Right now I'm working a little outside the box and planning to get some labs done on my own.

    Eating several small meals with higher carb after an LR breakfast seems to be causing weightloss.
    Br. yesterday chicken breast 2 eggs 1oz cheese veg
    L. pepper steak with 1/4 cup brown rice
    D egg & smoked salmon omelette with veg & cheese
    S. 8pm almond butter & banana
    S. 10pm 1oz cheese
    S. 1am 1oz cheese

    I had another bad night of breathlessness, heart palpitations, anxiety. I recorded my heart 2x and transmitted to the Lifescan technicians. Apparently, my heart was fine. The cheese seemed to help, but I didn't sleep until after the second one. Feeling the same symptoms right now, but they are not as scary in the light of day. Off on a snow day. Getting the bloodwork done on Sat AM.

    I think my 8pm snack needs to have fewer carbs and more fat. The night before last, my snack was cheese, almond butter and bullet proof coffee. Forgot the coffee last night.

    My husband also suggested I take an atavan to relax, but that scares me.

    I'm only reporting this for the record. I'll be fine (she says bravely).

    I think I would be scared of taking anything without knowing the cause.

    Try some new age meditation or breathing exercises maybe, something less invasive.

    there is nothing like a good bulletproof coffee, are you doing caffeine free? Or maybe you could try it with a strong chai or spiced tea or something naturally caffeine free?

    p.s. funny cause I feel sleepier after I do carbs. and congrats on weight loss, maybe the small meals is a way to keep your from binging?

    Yeah, I am not doing the atavan. I think I did bulletproof herbal tea 2 nights ago. It worked great. Going to start Yoga this afternoon.

    Let us know how it goes. I have always been curious about yoga. Given I am about as flexible as a cinderblock I've avoided it.
