Regardless, something is definitely wrong. I will be calling the Dr. today for more tests.
If you're concerned about diabetes I'd get fasting glucose, HbA1c and fasting insulin tested.

What do you mean by "horrible sleepless night"-- low heart rate again, return of the symptoms you had the other night?

I don't have impulse control issues in any other area. So for me there's more to it then just deciding not to do it. If it were about lack of impulse control, then I'd be out there partying, sleeping around and maybe even robbing banks. Why Not? since I can't control myself might as well have fun. :P

Yes minus the low heart rate, I was having palpitations, dizzyness, nausea, breathlessness and anxiety about going to sleep...so I just didn't.

I slept through the night, thank God. Eating every 2 hrs worked well.

Today we have snow coming around noon. I took the Dr. appt for 1/2 hr after the usual early dismissal time, but I'll have to see the vice-principal for special dispensation to take off for 2 periods if we don't get out. Shouldn't be a problem as I am usually a model employee.

Not much else to say, I'll let you guys know the outcome later in the afternoon.

    Wt 219.8 -1.4 A nice surprise.

Ate a great LR breakfast of chicken, eggs and veggies.

My kids' school district delayed which means they intend to close for the day. My district will probably let us go early. Some districts have already closed since we have not used many snow days. Wow, this is so exciting. lol Get a life ,Paula

EDIT Early dissmissal at 10:15. Perfect timing for my appointment and gives me time in school to work on grades. At least my district was smart enough not to use up a snow day when it is not snowing yet.

Glad to hear you had a better night last night. Oh, and yeah for early dismissal. We have had NO snow to speak of this year. Unheard of so our snow days are going to waste and we wont be using them

We took one snow day in November or December so we still have plenty left. Glad to hear you finally had a restful night. Sounds like a snow day is a great plan for you.

Paula, you are making this exciting enough, I am hanging on the edge of my seat wondering what the heck the doc has to say! Hope you have an uneventful morning and that the doc's diagnosis is an easy fix.
