    ^LOL.

It was so funny that the nurse said "Make sure you eat!" When are we ever given permission to eat?

When I got home, I had a snack and took a nap. I just had dinner, then I'll have supper, then eightsies and tensies if I'm still up. I am now on the Hobbit Diet. I am balancing meat, veg and healthy carb.

There are certainly worse ways to live. Just don't start getting hairy feet and a burning desire to return a ring to a fiery mountain.

I'll say one thing. You guys make one hell of a "Fellowship". I would be going crazy if I were dealing with this crisis alone without my amazing MDA friends.

Yes, I do have my husband, but he is a little too close to the action to be much help. This morning when I told him that I thought I might have developed diabetes or hypoglycemia due to my crazy eating, He said sarcastically "Well, Are you ready to stop bingeing now?" I know it was said out of concern, so I held my tongue.

geez, what a turd. I hate being on the other side of the line "i'm looking at your results but i can't tell you what they are." I know nurses don't have quite the same training for interpretation and it's a liability thing, but they usually have some sort of clue (I'm generally able to wrangle a little info out of them).

hopefully this all gets sorted out.

Regardless, something is definitely wrong. I will be calling the Dr. today for more tests.
If you're concerned about diabetes I'd get fasting glucose, HbA1c and fasting insulin tested.

What do you mean by "horrible sleepless night"-- low heart rate again, return of the symptoms you had the other night?

He doesn't seem to understand that sometimes bingeing is related to illness and that the body will fight to get what it needs.
