Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

Another horrible sleepless night. I have got to figure this out. I am cutting out all supplements today. Tomorrow I will add back D3 & Omega 3, then we'll see. I will also spend the day testing my blood sugar. I had another thought this morning. Maybe all my sugar bingeing has finally pushed me over the edge into diabetes.
Regardless, something is definitely wrong. I will be calling the Dr. today for more tests.
I hope that things turn out okay on the diabetes front, but I admire you for being proactive.
If you figure out the sleep thing, will you let me know? I can use some help in that area myself!!
Are you constantly thirsty like you have a dehydrated, insatiable thirst and want to drink everything in sight?. Also, are you go to the bathroom a lot? Like every hour on the hour? You'd also be dropping weight like it was nothing. Lightheadedness? Blurred vision? These are some signs of what a diabetic experiences prior to diagnosis. If you let it go too long, you will have the thirst and the constant trips to the bathroom. This is what Clint experienced 4 years ago.
