Those damn stockings PINCH!!!! I had vericose vein laser surgery and the stockings were the most painful part. But they do help!

    Congratulations on the weight loss!

I went off and went grain/sugar happy over the long weekend and was up 6 pounds by Tuesday. Today I was back down. I am being strict for June too and hope to e down to 220 by July 1. Keep up the good work!!!!

Woohoo!!!!! I'm wearing size 14 pants with a little muffin top. I'm figuring my waist is somewhere close to being able to allow me to wear a size 12 but my hips and lower gut are still forcing me to wear a 14. I found a pair of size 12 dress pants in my dresser and if I didn't have the gut and hips, I could wear them.

Last night my husband and I went to Red Lobster and I did NOT eat the biscuits! In fact the most un Primal things I ate were some wild rice and a few spoons of Manhattan clam chowder which probably had flour in it. (I was expecting a broth base, but it was a bisque. Oh well, 20%) My cals which are normally around 1500 were through the roof, though.

I IF ed today for 16+ hrs, so back on track.

We had pizza for dinner and I did a 16 hr fast. I ate the crust, don't feel bad today. I just started feeling hungry so made an egg scramble with sausage ham onions, peppers and shrooms and its good. I haven't been to Red Lobster in ages. I do miss it.

Crazy with work as we finish up the school year. No time for MDA forum fun.

Weekly check in: Lost 4.4 lbs Total loss 60.4 pounds!

Two more inches down. My size 16 pants are getting way too big and the 14s are loose. Yay!

Thanks for sharing your supplement list ... I'm looking at the handfuls I take and getting a better idea of what all I really need.
Everything's shiny, Cap'n. Not to fret.

Yay! Bravo! I just read your entire journal today....kind of like watching a movie. Couldn't wait to fine out if you met your 60# goal, but I was a good girl and didn't read ahead. Now I'm here applauding you and feeling very inspired. Thank you for sharing your journey.

I just started PB the first of April. Have lost 18# and several inches. Started at 204 (Yikes! I'm only 5'2".) and have a goal of somewhere around 120-140 range. Like you, I'm going to let my body decide what I need to weigh.
