    when I binge, sad to say its non-paleo foods like ummm (m&M's). Fortunately, those times are very infrequent.

    Or maybe there could be a device that when you lifted the forbidden food it would shock you. Of course this wouldn't work for me because when I do start what I am eating is rarely the issue, I have binged on Brussels sprouts before!
