saw this last night and think it could be of interest in conjunction with PB.

That looks Korean: kimchi, either "salad" or a non spicy kimchi, either mu or potato, and acorn jelly. (Mobile and don't want to blow the battery to stream.) Korean food is essentially PHD/high carb primal (rice, whole animal + organs, ferments, greens, little fruit and very little sugar...). I'm gonna miss being able to say, "yeah sure I'd love to go to dinner!" when I get to America. :/

Thanks jacmac. I am very well versed n 5:2 fasting. I did it for a few months and several mda friends still do.

I prefer to eat in an 8 hr window daily with a set calorie limit between 1400 and 1900. It works out to the same calorie load as 5:2 and has similar good results.

I love your ability to not quit Paula! You have bad days but you always get back up and start again, looking for new answers or figuring out what worked before. I know you don't often feel like it but you are winning this war!
You know all those things you have always wanted to do? You should go do them.

Nah.. I was always aware "they" were out to get me.. even before I became Primal..... Now I can just run faster if they find me-Dino Hunter

    A Very interesting day.

I found a 25in snake skin over my washer that wasn't there yesterday.

I have gotten some positive financial news...I am eligible for the loan we need for home repair. I may also be able to get part of my student loan forgiven because I work in a low income school.

I've made some good progress in my basement cleaning, even if it is due to my having to call in a repair man for my dryer.
