Awesome to hear about all the strength and endurance improvements. It reminds me of the day last spring that I discovered I could run again while hurrying to get the car for my hubby after his surgery. I was reminded of it again today when we tried to go for a walk and almost got blown away. I hurried my hubby and son into the car, then went for a short run w/ the dog so that she would not be so sad that we were bailing on the outing. I still hate running as it gives me a total headache from the pounding (I obviously don't run correctly), but it is great to know I can if I need to!
