I did fine. My back hurts from lying so still for 20 min. Weird stream of conciousness thoughts brought on by the repetative noises. Will know what is up by next week.

I have a meeting for my son tomorrow at 8 am. Not sure if I am taking the whole day or not. Afraid that if I stay home, boredom may cause problems.

The meeting went fine. Mike is doing awesome in school and the adults just love him

I decided to take the whole day off. Ran some errands, ate lunch and now am about to crawl in and nap with my husband. He doesn't know that I took the day off. Surprise!

Wt. 207.2 + 3.3 from low. Doing great getting back to PHD.

Yesterday was a fun, relaxing day off. 7 weeks until summer begins.

Today: Gym, then Lowe's for flowers and other things for the front porch. My traditional Mother's Day weekend activity is to get the porch into a usable state.

Later, we are going out to dinner and Mike has a voice lesson with our director in Willy Wonka. He is a former Broadway lead actor.

that sounds great! Congrats on getting back into the PHD so quickly. I think that shows that, at least for now, it is the right path for you.

My PHD plan plus other stuff

    Daily food intake:
    Meal 1 & 2. 3-5oz protein
8 oz safe starch (pot or rice)
    Veggies, incidental and not measured
Fats for cooking or butter on potato

Snack 1 + 2. A fruit and 1 oz nuts. (Banana and macadamias or raisins and almonds or a KIND bar)
Sometimes pork rinds in addition to the above.

8-12 hr eating window, trying not to eat after 6pm

    Related supplements:

Potato starch (resistant starch) - up to 3 tbsp with a probiotic at night. If you haven't started supplementing this yet, you need to do it and give it at least a month. You can even do it when VLC because PS only has 5g of digestible carb per tbsp. I am sleeping better, I don't need mood boosters like 5 htp, and it has helped me get to a new low. The PHD is an RS based program.

Grape seed extract - this stuff is my miracle cure for edema and poor circulation. 300mg / day

Other supps: d3, b complex, iodine, iron, zinc, selenium, MSM/glucosamine, e during ttom, omega 3, l- glutamine and chromium piccolinate.

Today was an awesome day already.

Did a killer chest workout at the gym. I will be hurting tomorrow.
Met my husband for breakfast at our fave mediterranean café. They have food, books, clothing etc. I got a polka dot skirt and a lace top.

Went to Lowes. Bought flowers and a few repair items. Finally warm here. 85 degrees.
