    Conference Day. Meetings with colleagues.

Took my son to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast because we had extra time. I got a large black coffee to fuel my day.

I keep forgetting the PS, I an going to have to figure out when I can take it that I will remember to, last thing in my day is not it. Maybe when I walk in the door from work. If I remember correctly you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach?

What whut? I've had two MRIs so far. It's rather claustrophobic, but I just close my eyes. Bring earplugs and take a nap!

didn't you have to do any MRIs for your PE? I did a couple, no big deal. deep breaths, close your eyes, and relax. And I have a serious issue with claustrophobia where my head being in a tight space is concerned, I accidentally put it through a French door window when I was a kid and had to wait for siblings to run downstairs, then outside, then back upstairs to get my mom to help me get out without getting cut any more.

Hope all is well with the MRI. Coincidentally Ex is having an MRI on his shoulder today. He has a torn rotator cuff, probably surgery in his future. I'm wondering how to help him with that given we live three hours away from each other.
