    * Breakfast: Earl Grey Tea w/whole milk
    * Lunch: Greek-ish Salad with chicken, olives, artichokes, feta, tomatoes, oil & vinegar dressing
    * Dinner: Shepherd's Pie, organic beef w/mushrooms & onions, peas, carrots, a little mashed potatoes
    * Snack: 2 pieces dark chocolate
    Workout:
    * Zumba - about 30 mins
    * 3 mile walk

    Ok, the leftovers on Friday were bad. Dumb dumb mistake on my part. Well, it cost me an entire weekend, sick in bed. Really awful too, 102F fever... just now feeling ok. Still catching up on my "challenge" info, as I was not online much this weekend:

    Ok, I've neglected my updates, but have been keeping with my challenge. I'll do a condensed version for the last week. Wooo almost done.
    Jen's Lent Challenge: 100% transparency
    DAY 39: Saturday 4/16/11: Food: 2 eggs over sausage & mushrooms & onions & a few slices of potato; 1/2 piece of rye toast with butter & jelly; Chai tea; Taco salad with beef, sour cream, salsa; 3 small pieces of dark chocolate
    Exercise: 3 miles running, 3 miles walking, LHT
    Numbers, because I'm a math geek 1296 calories; 39% carbs; 20% protein; 41% fat

    DAY 40: Sunday 4/17/11: Food: Bison burger with swiss cheese, mushrooms on lettuce; sweet potato fries; iced tea; leftover sausage, mushrooms, potatoes; 1/2 TJ mango greek yogurt; 1 chicken sausage; sauteed yellow squash; 1/2 cocochia bar;
    Exercise: 5 miles walking; some yoga (had to work software release, not much free time)
    Numbers, because I'm a math geek 1447 calories; 23% carbs; 26% protein; 51% fat

    DAY 41: Monday 4/18/11: Food: Earl Grey Latte; Beef, Broccoli, bean sprout, mushroom, onion stirfry; 2 pieces dark chocolate; lots of tea; leftover chicken sausage & squash
