Primal Lunch page

A friend took me out to lunch. Elk burger, no bun, greens sautéed with bacon, veggie pickle, blue cheese and mushroom garnish. Yum. Coffee with cream.

I think this is the first time I've ever had elk. Nice.

You didn't happen to get that burger at The Works by chance, did you? It sounds like one of their awesome burgers, but I think they only have locations in Ottawa. You can get an elk patty, ground turkey, organic beef, etc. (and you have the option of sweet potato fries, which is nice.)
