Flexibility Training for Golf
I started the PB about two months ago and am Lready seeing changes in my body that are going to improve my golf game. I am in my mid thirties and still play a lot of competitive golf. One thing that would help me improve (and just be good for me) is greater flexibility. I don't see anything in the PB exercise about this though. Any suggestions? Yoga? Some other stretchung regimen? How many days a week? How should I fit it into my PB exercise schedule?
