    100% Primal!!!

    Primal Fuel
So today my coconut milk came in, so that completes my fully delving into the Primal lifestyle. Friend of mine got pre-cooked bacon in the mail, rare treat!!! Anyways, carbs will be gotten solely from fruits and vegetables now, and I hope to see some serious results at the end of January...hope to post my stats on the 31st of December to see how will this is gonna work...really excited.

The coconut milk is different I tell ya, it cuts the bitterness of the coffee but not as sweet as I'm used to versus the creamer, but I figure my taste buds will adjust properly.

I found that too. The fix for me is to make the coconut creamer here: http://followingmynose.blogspot.com/...e-creamer.html

I don't know why, since it's mostly coconut milk, but that cuts the bitterness far better than coconut milk alone. I now make it with 2 cans coconut milk, 1 can water, 2 tbs vanilla, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup coconut oil, so it's slightly more pourable than the original that had no water. I'm drinking some in my tea right now

Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition

I love coconut milk. I don't go a day without it. It is always in my smoothies. As a matter of fact I am having one now. Cheers!
