I want my Whole30 effort to create as clean a slate as possible. I have autoimmune trouble and ditching problem foods has helped. I'd never have known to avoid nightshades without you brilliant MDA forum folk. Are there any other veggie pitfalls I should know about?

Any autoimmune reactions to cucurbits?

Are cruciferous veggies a problem?

What about high oxalic acid vegetables like spinach?

If anyone has a list of low-risk vegetables please share. Thanks!
