I made it for Thanksgiving and it WAS TASTY!
I had this with Christmas lunch today. I used coconut oil, butter, and olive oil for a real mix of flavours. I also put a shredded carrot in the mix, just for fun.
It's bloody great, but takes a lot of preperation! Luckily, I made it last night ready for today.

I made the stuffing a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I loved it. After a few days of eating it, I used the leftovers to stuff a few chicken breasts then (of course) wrapped a slice of bacon around each breast and baked til the bacon was done.
WOW! is all we could say. It was awesome!
Bumping this thread. We had this for Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Went light on the lemon at the end. It was delicious. I would definitely make it again and recommend it for your November Thanksgiving.
