    However I have since deleted my Facebook account due to privacy reasons and in doing so, erased access to the Paleo recipes in the success stories. So I started a blog instead. After being on Primal Living for a year (thank you Mark!!) I'm down to a size 28" waist (according to Old Navy's pants) :-).

    size 28...damn.

    victor, that is a really good post on cholesterol. that bit about heating up sugar in a pan and it becoming sticky...i'm using that on my dad
