Fit After 40 - weighing the risk between cholesterol and blood sugar

I'm Victor. My success story was featured on MarksDailyApple here: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-b...ess-stories-9/

However I have since deleted my Facebook account due to privacy reasons and in doing so, erased access to the Paleo recipes in the success stories. So I started a blog instead. After being on Primal Living for a year (thank you Mark!!) I'm down to a size 28" waist (according to Old Navy's pants) :-).

In case you are weighing the relative risk between cholesterol and blood sugar, I wrote a post about the topic here:

Just found some research which shows taking cinnamon can lower high blood sugar and HbA1c in 12 weeks: http://fitafter40vancouver.blogspot....d-glucose.html
