There is nothing wrong with coffee. The problems are with what you put into it.
I add a tablespoon of coconut oil to my coffee.

    Also,
just today on "The Doctors" TV show, they said that coffee was a GREAT anti-oxidant, very healthy if you don't overdo it.

A coffee enema, sans cream and sugar of course, is considered to be a great cleansing activity. Often, when combating systemic fungus or heavy metal problems a daily coffee enema is utilized.

I don't think that it is a good thing to require a daily coffee enema to cause bowels to move.

A cup of coffee to initiate bowel movements is a good thing, but the absolute need for it seems to be something to try to get over. Some have results with movement, drinking water, or any eating.

My question would be if you feel the need of coffee ingestion to have a bowel movement, or if you require the coffee to initiate activity on a schedule you wish to follow. That is, are you seeking action first thing in the morning instead of sometime later when it would come naturally, or are you just constipated "forever"?

You can train yourself to adhere to a schedule. Perpetual constipation needs other remedies.
