What to eat and what not to eat?

    Primal Fuel
    Hi all!

I'm a 18-year-old highschool student from Germany and new to Primal Eating.
I do workout (Crossfit), but still want to get leaner.

Does Primal Living allow you to eat Rice, Potatoes, Noodles, Spaghetti, etc?

I only heard of meats, nuts, vegetables, fruits, etc. and that just doesn't seem like a lot of variety.
Also I can't imagine how I should work out, study, learn, work without having eaten a lot of carbs, like from rice or noodles. If I do it like that, I feel dizzy.

Read the Primal 101 series on this site. It is absolutely possible to fuel an active life without grains or beans, and there are myriad ways to cook vegetables and meats. Enjoy!

Sorry, Primal lifestyle doesn't permit any of those foods. There's a huge variety in meats and veggies. I never get bored.

If you're used to living on a lot of carbs, there will be an adjustment period where your body has to get used to not having them so much.
