    I love the banana "ice cream" too! I like to add in lots of cinnamon and occasionally unsweetened cocoa and coconut milk or a bit of almond butter.

    I am going to a holiday party and bringing the chocolate truffles in the Primal Blueprint cookbook. I stepped them up a notch by making crispy bacon and adding it to the mix before it cooled. So I'm serrving Coconut milk chocalate bacon truffles!

    I have also heard great things about coconut milk, peeled and sliced apples with cinnamon. Simmer over medium heat until everthing is super soft. Then put it all into a blender and puree the mix until smooth. Put it in the refrigerator for several hours and you have a coconut apple pudding that tastes delish.
