I'm finally getting physical therapy for my separated shoulder. The ortho originally said it wasn't necessary, but I still have pain and limited mobility after 2 months and I want to get back to 100%. I want to get back to my sports. When I mentioned paddling, my (pear-shaped & flabby) ortho actually laughed at me! I'm hoping the physical therapist will appreciate my point of view more, especially since this particular office also offers personal training. I want to ride my bike, I want to get back to my dragonboat racing team, and I want to work on my pullups! I actually did a real one before this setback, but I'll probably have some work to do to get it back.
My appointment is tomorrow! wish me speedy healing!
