After 3 years of strict vegetarianism with a few short tries at vegan, I was underweight and strugglin to gain strenght despite very disciplined workouts
I started tracking my food intake in an attempt to eat more and put on some good weight. I put on bad weight and my guts protested the increase of wheat and soy
When I went primal I started eating any/all meat products at once. No more grains or sugar
