    thats exactly what I do! What I love is Lindt with chilli, but its only 60% so thats for a rare treat

    I ate a square of 100% gharidelli cocao yesterday... I'm guessing that it's an acquired taste.

    Haha, well I never had much of a sweet tooth to begin with, so when I first started eating good chocolate, I could immediately eat the 80% squares.

    So...the 100% ones should be okay to eat on a daily basis to substitute for the fact that my protein sources are lean right? XD

    I eat some every day. My consumption varies over time, but I'm averaging 8 squares of Lindt 90% dark per day lately. I tend to eat a few squares after each meal.

    At this point I don't know if it's a habit, addiction, or what -- but it's awesome. And awesomely convenient since I keep finding Lindt 90% bars for $1/each at the Lindt outlet. I usually buy about 120 at a time and then need to restock after about 4 months.

    Haven't had any in two weeks or so, as I'm doing a Whole 30. Used to have one square a night, but I'm trying to shake the "dessert after dinner" instinct, so probably won't go back to it once my 30 is over....

    90% chocolate, but a max of 1/2 to one square a day. Any more than that and it would upset my tummy! I am avoiding as much as possible with LR/whole30 now. Of course, today I broke and had a square of 90% chocolate. This thread then popped up to mock me.

    As a diabetic, I try to limit myself to 1 square a week. It's hard when it's in the house, cuz I just LOVE chocolate (I used to sell for Dove). Magnesium Citrate has really helped kill the cravings though. My "Must have!" went down to "Meh."

    I normally eat about 1/6 of a bar every other day or so. I'm actually going to a candy outlet today to stock up. I haven't been there since I went primal so I'm excited to see what kind of dark chocolate they have!

    I tried everything *including* crochetting (excluding pills), but then I thought that eating bacon, cheese, chocolate or nuts to substitute cravings is worse for me than having an extra cup of berries & a bit of honey. So, I now have a tbsp of honey a day between 2 and 4 pm (the Carb Attack time), and eat 2 to 4 servings of fruit after dinner. And by a serving of fruit I mean a serving that is actually not 1 fruit, but like a miserable 1/2 cup of berries. So, I'd get a cup of berries and 1/2 to 1 other fruit, depending on its size. And I don't feel deprived or anything like breaking into the pantry any more & do not devour nuts. I am just not a bacon and eggs type of person, more lean meats, veggies and fruit type, so I figure I'd live with it.
