Bananas and apples at breakfast. Hummus (made of legumes - forbidden on the PB) at breakfast. No fat at lunch (and not much at breakfast, either). Minimal fat elsewhere. Fruit and nuts for snacks.
You are having more insulin-spiking foods (fruit, fruit, and more fruit - and nuts) than I can shake a stick at, not nearly enough fat (lean protein? Seriously?), and to top it off, you're probably not eating enough calories period. Also, many of the people loosing "oodles of fat over short periods of time" were morbidly obese - me included. The slimmer you are to start with, the longer it takes to come off, regardless of your dietary plan. You are slim by comparison to most people here. You will take longer to lose weight than we will, because we simply have more to lose.
