I think you've got it covered. Sleep, drink (yes, homemade beef broth 'counts'!), sleep some more, and let your body do its stuff and make that sorry virus wish it had picked an easier target.
Oh, if you have a sore throat and a sage plant (or dried sage), make sage tea. Works about 50x better than any lozenges with polysyllabic ingredients.
