MDA = Marks Daily Apple
SAD = Standard American Diet
PUFAs = Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids
CW = Conventional Wisdom
o-3 / n-3 / w-3 = Omega 3
GC BC = Good Calories, Bad Calories (book by Gary Taubes)
o-6-3 or o-6/o-3 = Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio

Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

The following are specific to the forum:
CO = Coconut Oil
CM = Coconut Milk (not as common as CO)
Or OCO = Organic Coconut Oil, OVCO = Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
"Korg" = The opposite of Grok = Non- Primals.
Not exactly an acronym, but it took me a while to figure this one out.
