    Primal Fuel
    I'll start

    Omega 3 eggs: 3 dozen
    Wild salmon: 2 pounds
    Grass fed hot dogs
    4 free range chicken legs, 2 breasts
    "good" breakfast sausages*
    Natural chicken breakfast sausages*
    Natural chicken chorizo*
    2 cans wild pink salmon
    4 cans corned beef hash (for the boy)
    Acorn squash
    Leeks
    Snap peas
    Radishes
    Celery
    Carrots
    Raw spinach

    V8 (for the boy...hates veggies)

    Just curious...how old is "the boy"?

    Looks pretty darn good to me. Let's see...I'd also have ground beef, salsa, onions, and sweet potatoes in there. You might want to try making your own "hash" out of ground meat, taters, onions and spices. The boy just might like it better than canned corn beef hash.

    I always hated Saturday dinner when I was a kid, because that was corned beef hash night with fried eggs on top. I hated that stuff! I would eat the egg and smear the hash around on my plate.

    Dragon mama: we have 1/8 cow in our freezer, we have salsa and onions. I forgot sweets.

    Oh...the boy is fourteen.

    Things for me:
    4 granny smith apples
    3 cans of coconut milk

    Things for my mom:
    A few lbs of walnuts, almonds, hazel nuts, pecans and brazil nuts, unshelled. (I'd say they were for me, too, but I'm trying not to eat too many nuts)
    White beans (Ew)

    I actually have yesterday's shopping list in my pocket. heh. My daughter was telling me she thought they were eating too many junk foods and bread, so I grabbed some fruit, cheese, and pepperoni for a few lunches... and a few other things.

    Pork chops
    Ground beef
    Beef liver
    2 cartons of free-range eggs
    1 kg of thick-cut bacon
    1 Cucumber
    Spinach
    Field greens
    2 Red bell peppers
    1 Zucchini
    1 Avocado
    1 Sweet potato
    3 Broccoli crowns
    1 Persimmon
    1 bottle of pasta sauce (no sugar or soy)
    1 bottle of salsa (no sugar or soy)

    Gonna need to get more EVOO next time.
