How much protein?
I was curious, how much protein do you take in per day? And how tall are you/how much do you weigh?
I don't really count calories, its more that i am curious how much protein people take in here.
This question has been answered at least 10 times this year. .7 g / lb of lean mass minimum, up to 1 g / lb total weight for people working on muscle gain.
So not even once a month . Sorry I will make sure to be better with the search functionality going forward. Thank you for the reply though.
