Since going primal, what is a new favorite food?

Without grains and sugars warping my taste buds, vegetables always taste better and fruits are basically the nectar of the gods. Two new favorites I have are pomegranates and pumpkin seeds. What's your new favorite?

I am still "gathering" primal foods because this is just the end of my second week. What do you do with coconut cream concentrate?

Steak, seared brown and salty onthe outside, practically raw inside.

Steak, rare. I used to eat steak occasionally, and medium at that. Now, just walk it through a warm room for me.

Lamb of many kinds. In particular, lamb chops broiled, rare-ish, then topped with oregano, lemon, and olive oil. Side of root veg.

    Bacon.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

    omg drrrrrooooooool

That is my favourite way to eat steak.

I really love veggies: salad, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, eggplant, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes...etc.
