I decided to try almon pancakes this morning (200g ground almonds, 3 eggs, and a small DASH of semi skimmed milk). Was delighted that they came out ok for the first time, I now have another food added to my low carb arsenal. However.....

I barely finished the batch! I blame the fat from the almonds. Damn it was like I ate a 3 course meal...just from pancakes.
