Hello everyone,

I am currently following the primal blueprint (a very low carb version) and am enjoying all of the positive effects. I try to stay away from taking too many supplements, however I take a beef liver supplement, and fish oil. I am looking to add a low dose b6 supplement to help pms and other symptoms and perhaps a few other bs (b complex). I cannot find anything without insane megadoses of b vitamins. Does anyone have any suggestions for a low dose b complex?
