Perfluoroalkyls from Fast Food Wrappers Showing Up in Blood

articles like this make me feel like a petri dish
ewww. what is commonly considered to be "food" continues to sound less and less like food.
What is scary is that the article says that everyone has PFCs in the blood (including children), and you can be exposed to it from non-stick cookware, dust, water and air!
I guess it's time for me to start breaking in my cast iron pans.
I hadn't seen that part of the article. That is concerning. You're right...time to switch it up with the cast iron.
