hello all..i am considering going primal....i have both long and short term goals..the short term goal is to be more toned and shredded than what i am and the long term goal is obviously to live a healthier lifestyle.
what that said is there any advice that you guys in the primal world can offer??
read the book, peruse the blog, commit to it but dont sweat the small stuff
