    Help with organic meat online

    I recently put a down payment on half of a cow but it won't be ready till March, so I need to fill the gap until then. There are a couple options locally (Whole Foods), but I wanted to see if anyone has a favorite source that I can order from online. I live in Kentucky if it makes any difference as far as the shipping goes.
