Maybe -- until you get the sugar crash from the sugar!
I wonder if an analogy is comparing your energy levels pre and post PB. Pre PB - i could be on a manic high half the day, sustained by sugar/grains, but crashing half the day. Now - constant energy levels and generally more energy overall.
sure its his experience and he has a lot of that experience but it would be interesting to see how he finds it compares if he tried PB and no wildly fluctuating sugar levels..
