    Brekky substitute?

So I've just started my first government job and EVERY morning I get there, people are making toast and oats and everything you can think of and it smells really good. So I was thinking of maybe trying some banana mixed with some almond meal but there's something missing and I'm not sure what it is...any ideas? And if you have a completely different idea please let me know!

Nola is wicked awesome! Hot or cold, with or without fruit... and a very small portion goes a LONG way.

You could either scramble some eggs quick in the lunchroom microwave, if you have one, or take some hardboiled from home. If you eat dairy, some Greek yogurt with a few berries can be tasty. Make yourself some crustless quiches and heat them up at work. Mix up a breakfast smoothie. Make some paleo-friendly pumpkin spice pudding with coconut milk and eggs (no really, it's good!) and warm it a bit, maybe add a few nuts for the flavour. There's loads of options if you get creative.

Wake up early and make some bacon and eggs before you leave.
