So I've just started my first government job and EVERY morning I get there, people are making toast and oats and everything you can think of and it smells really good. So I was thinking of maybe trying some banana mixed with some almond meal but there's something missing and I'm not sure what it is...any ideas? And if you have a completely different idea please let me know!![]()

Nola is wicked awesome! Hot or cold, with or without fruit... and a very small portion goes a LONG way.![]()
You could either scramble some eggs quick in the lunchroom microwave, if you have one, or take some hardboiled from home. If you eat dairy, some Greek yogurt with a few berries can be tasty. Make yourself some crustless quiches and heat them up at work. Mix up a breakfast smoothie. Make some paleo-friendly pumpkin spice pudding with coconut milk and eggs (no really, it's good!) and warm it a bit, maybe add a few nuts for the flavour. There's loads of options if you get creative.
