Primal Journal (Gina)
I've been digging around the site for a few weeks now and have been going pretty much primal the whole time. It's actually very similar to a diet I was one for a few years to get a handle on an excess of yeast my body had.
Anyway, I'm very excited about it because I know from experience how much better I feel (and look!) when I like this.
That said, I'm not going to be super strict on everything right away because if I am I tend to just not eat anything if I can't find something easy sometimes...which is a no go right now because I'm lactating and calorie slumps very much effect my milk supply.
So, I'm going primal because:
I like knowing exactly what's going into my body and that it's not full of mystery chemicals.
I want my kids to grow up healthy.
I know it makes me look and feel better.
and we're off!!!

Guess I'll start off with today! lol.
Breakfast: bacon (which the little man LOVES!!)
walked 1.5 hours, played at park
Lunch: egg scramble with 2 eggs, 2 handfuls of spinach, salsa and a little cheese.
