I know that there are some nutrient calculators that people use, but I searched the forum and can't find any specific information. I'm looking for a journaling nutrient calculator that monitors lots of nutrient values (more than just calcium,iron etc.) as well as the macros. Does anything like that exist?
I use Sparkpeople.com and kinda like it. You can set it to track a bunch of different stuff. I also like that you can put recipes into it or 'group' foods that you eat together a lot, etc.
Other people use fitday.com but I didn't like it as well. My brother likes myfitnesspal.com
I also imagine if you google for 'food log' or 'nutrient calculator' or something you will come up with more to try too.
