sooo...i've lost a little weight in the past month or so and I now look pretty decent in skinny jeans but i also have almost no ass. so i'm thinking i should start weighted squats, but money's pretty tight. any ideas on how i could make some weights which maybe could sit across my shoulders? i'd probably want two ~15lbs each.

Homemade Bulgarian bag.

1 truck tire inner tube ($10 or so)
sand or dirt(free right out of the ground)
zip ties(pennies a piece)
duct tape(who doesn't already have duct tape in the house)

Cheap and effective. Make them as heavy as you want, and since you're cutting the tube in half you can make 2.

lol...too drunk to understand. I went out with some friends and drank 2 fucking beers, and now i can't walk straight. zip ties are cheap and work so much better than a clothesline, or so say the two guys stashed in my closet.

Gorilla tape is better than duct tape if you want to make sure they don't move while you have your fun. It's a bit more sweat and fluid resistant.

yeah but tape hurts when you take it off. well, that could be good or bad depending on his tastes.

apparently, if you drink enough water (which I already knew and had been trying) and take a B supplement (B12, B6, and folic acid is the one i had), you can avoid a hangover!
