some more good ones, thanks for sharing! Sadly, I don't remember which songs we had during our wedding, though we had a harpist for most of the music, and a pair of friends who sang a duet to guitar for a special song.

it's not as chocolatey as i remember, but that was years ago and i didn't measure meticulously this time, so who knows. but the texture is fabulous!

have you tried your crust recipe without a food processor? i bought all the ingredients and then read the recipe, realizing that maybe it wouldn't have the same texture without processing. i bookmarked it for the future, but ended up making a no-bake coconut crust (coconut+melted butter).

No, I haven't but I think if the nuts and coconut are ground first and then mixed with the rest of the ingredients it should work. Do you have a hand grinder or a coffee grinder you could use?

You may not want the kiddos having the coffee! I have a separate grinder for spices and nuts.

I have to get back on the primal wagon, DH and I have had too many cheats lately mostly involving dairy. We are both having bad allergies. It could just be the pollen in the air but I think the dairy causes inflammation making the whole pollen reaction worse. I'm also going to lay off the wine for a little while and see if that makes a difference.

Have a great Easter! Do you do an egg hunt with your kids?

yes, we're meeting some friends for lunch, then having an egg/candy hunt. i don't think that tiny bit of coffee would make any difference; there's more caffeine in the chocolate i feed them. how are you celebrating easter?
