    Bodyfat question.

How low would your bodyfat have to be before you start seeing veins on your abs?

For a guy you'd probably need to be in single digits. There are other factors that influence vascularity though, like genetics. Some guys will not have veins busting through their abs no matter how lean they get.

A former roommate of mine was a collegiate wrestler and had ab veins during the season. He was rougly 4% bodyfat with very low water content, to boot.

    I doubt very much i'm 4%, probably around 8 or 9%.

4% is around what most professional bbers step on stage at, and that's with the help of massive doses of AAS, stimulants, dieting, DNP, lasik and god knows what else.

How do you know he was 4%?

I'm surprised you have ab veins at 8-9%. I'm at 10-11% bf and still have a bit o' paunch.
